Earley Scripts was officially started in 1991 when after a separation from a permanent employer it was decided to start up in an independent mode providing a independent personal service to clients. Earley Scripts had started life some 3 years or so before when having been requested by a client to design and write a supporting programme to support a Time & Attendance Terminal that needed to be able to communicate its data to a IBM mainframe via a Protocol Converter. This programme was written in a Script Language within the Framework of a then well known Terminal Communication Programme called Telix. The language is called Scripting and as it was developed in Earley the name Earley Scripts seemed appropriate.
Whilst some times being confused with some form of religious documentation due to the fact that Earley is some times confused with the word "early", comments have been that the name does not reflect the type of current day business I am in. Whilst it is true that generating Scripts is not the main line of business the name, much like Rolls Royce which says nothing about the actual business, stands up just as easily along side such well respected names in that the reputation and quality is that which defines the name.

Earley Scripts continues to provide that individual & personal service to all kinds of organisations that deserve and need the kind of service that can sometimes be forgotten about by larger organisations that in the rush to be "corporate" forget the small meaningful things in life.
